Enterprise Server | Walton Process Technologies

ENTERPRISE SERVER

Enterprise Server is located on a customer server, collects data from all local machines running PCS and stores the information in a central database. Enterprise Server allows anyone with the right credentials to pull all the reports from the server via a browser-based application.

Cure Management

  • Create and handle the cure cycles, which will be loaded into the enterprise database and when the part is identified by the local machine the proper cure will be downloaded and executed

Quality Management System

  • This allows the customer the ability to specify criteria for the quality reports
  • Quality Reports Include:
    • Quality Summary Report
    • Quality Part Report
    • Inspection or Pass/Fail Report

Overall Equipment Effectiveness Components or OEE

  • Availability % – Measure device availability determining how much time a device was idle because it was between cures or under maintenance
  • Performance % – Measure how much time a cure should take to run versus how much time it actually takes
  • Quality % – Measurement for pass/fail results
